This delightful bakery to my surprise has a croissant made from 15 layers of flaky goodness. As I bit into it, I had a life altering experience. Memories of watching my mother kneed and folding bread flashed before me - exposing emotion of pure bliss. The flavor of butter melting on your tongue and the soft fluffy texture took me back to the the old world.
Indeed French breads - naturally fermented dough. You can taste the difference from these breads to the common ones with a long list of ingredients including sugar. I’m using these fresh breads to achieve my dietary goals (carb cycling)

Fresh French baguette, croissant and quiche at 7AM. What more could you ask for. It was on the pricey side but fully worth it considering the quality of materials and excellent preparation, making it a memorable experience. Friendly staff and well decorated interior, a most welcome additional to the neighborhood.
The Norwegian Crogel and Parisian Sandwiche were what me and my dad got. It was sooooo delicious. The service was also very good, the people were diligent and we got our food fairly quickly. Would come back again!
Everything I’ve eaten here has been amazing! From the pastries to the little croissant bagels, YUM!! I’ve had the plain croissant, chocolate croissant, kouign amann, and the eclair. All delicious. And I love their cro’gel - croissant bagel. They have them in a large size and a mini. I always get the mini so I can enjoy some pastries too. I do wish their coffee offerings had more, like I always want a chai and they don’t have that. But that’s okay. I also like that they have a little market with European snacks and treats, makes this place different from others.
We loved the pastries we had here. This is the first place I've found that uses organic flour for their pastries and breads. The staff were very friendly. The only note of caution is that I ordered a decaf coffee and a bit later felt sick due to what felt like caffeine exposure. So if you're a decaf drinker, maybe get the hot chocolate instead.
The food was so so so good, and the staff were so kind and accommodating! I highly recommend the Norwegian Cro’gel. It’s amazing.
This is my first visit to Fresh Baguette and it certainly will not be the last. The coffee was freshly brewed decaf. In fact i am going to have a second before i leave - probably a latte All the pastries look delicious. I had a chocolate croissant that was perfectly flaky as it should be and there was plenty of chocolate inside. The staff is very helpful and very pleasant and friendly. I have already told my other friends to drop in
